Dont bother, ordered 6 meals, food came 1 hour later missing 1 meal, just happened to be the most expensive meal on the order a £10 kebab, phoned up 2 mins after driver delivered, response at first sounded sincere, then little comments like...its just one of those things sneaked in, m8 if i drove 3 hours to a job without checking the order on my van was correct my boss would not be paying my wages for the 6 hour round trip to rectify my mistakes. maybe you should start checking off the order as you put it into the bags .... then the options i was given were 1. order something next time for free...yes ill just sit here with no food and watch the other 5 members of the family eat I'm not realy hungry mate, or 2 get dressed drive 5 miles to collect the food i had already paid delivery for due to the fact i couldn't drive to collect food in the first place............ £10 down and still hungry. shame realy as all it would have taken was the next available driver to deliver the missing kebab the only option i was given anywhere close was 3. Been ordering from Efes for years, generally get the same each time and it’s always been our favourite place to get a kebab. So tonight 2/8/25 we ordered a Kofte Kebab with salad, chicken/ shish with salad and a portion of donner meat, the whole lot was nothing like usual, lamb shish all went in the bin, inedible, like rubber, chicken was plain with none of the usual charcoal flavour and the kofte which is my personal flavour was dry and I only ate it because I was starving, the donner meat portion was small and didn’t taste like it normally does.
