First ever unpleasant experience on our own doorstep. Waited over an hour outside in the rain for a table inside whilst we were forgotten about and walk-ins seated. Staff not trained. Slow/ forgetful/head in the clouds service. My husband expressed his feelings and was accused of swearing at staff! He used the word sh1te about the service. Not exactly a personal comment about a member of staff but it was taken this way. We were told the walk-ins had reservations. Had my first bottomless brunch here with a couple of friends and we all loved it. The drinks were all fab and a good choice to choose from. I also really enjoyed the music they had playing, just nice and chilled.

I’m veggie and had asked them prior to going if I could have a separate plate of food, so my things weren’t mixed up with the meat. They bright me my own platter and the homemade empanada was delicious. I really enjoyed all of it and it was great to just be able to eat everything without having to ask it it was suitable for veggies. Been twice now, great little place. First time, cocktails and service was really good and flowing nicely, however my second experience the service was a lot slower due to the amount of custom to accommodate with other brunch parties, and regular walk in’s at the same time. I think taking future bookings to what you can staff to and be able to facilitate to in a better timely manner maybe something you can take on board.
