Safia's Dream Desserts — Restaurant in South Ribble

Have ordered from Safias several times in the past and have always been happy with the orders despite being quite pricey. Unfortunately on Sunday evening our order just never arrived. Ordered at 8.30pm for 9.35pm delivery on Just Eat, which was then delayed until 10.10pm but never came. My autistic stepson was still expecting the food to come long after we knew it wasn’t and it was difficult to get him to sleep. This was also after the restaurant closed so I was unable to contact them at that point to ask why it had not arrived. The status was set on Just Eat the following morning to Delivered (not sure if it was dropped off at a wrong address but it certainly didn’t arrive here.) The restaurant have refused to provide a refund stating Just Eat should be sorting this but Just Eat have said it is the restaurants responsibility to contact them and arrange a refund, something Safias have refused to do. The £25 they have refused to give me back will certainly cost them more in the long run as I sadly will not be ordering from here again and will advise others against doing so too. Very poor...

My expectations were to eat in with my daughter, so having eventually got a parking place nearby I was a bit disappointed to be told it was take out only. I either assumed you could eat in our simply didn't see the times for this. The place looked decent enough and there were several staff working at completing orders so it's popular enough. Some things are now of the menu or they didn't have them at the time which whilst disappointing there are plenty of other treats to choose from. We settled on the cake and dinner once creams. My little girl lives the layer cake but didn't manage the full serving. I'm not a cake person but it was good enough for me. The offer creams were too rich for my youngest, but I proper enjoyed the vanilla and strawberry. The chocolate was just to fill in for the both of us so everyone else got a spoon in later and...

We ordered two cakes on Saturday night (18th aug) a cookie dough and a peanut butter slice which were very nice and prompt in terms of delivery but unfortunately we didn't receive our ice cream on the cookie dough, which we paid £1.50 for!! We emailed you stating that we had paid for ice cream but didn't get it and that we had a picture of the desserts as proof but we haven't heard anything back except from a automated email saying we would receive a call which we are still waiting for 2 days later.. wouldn't of minded so much if the ice cream was cheap but £1.50 is a bit much for something we didn't even recieve.Because of this we will not be ordering from you again unless we get some type...
