Costa Coffee — Restaurant in South Tyneside

I've only been twice to this Costa. I must give a mention to the lad running the premises. He was friendly & welcoming to every customer as they arrived. He ensured they had a cleaned table and safe area to sit. He worked tirelessly & efficiently, organising the staff whilst chatting and attending to new and seated customers. Unfortunately 2 women were displeased at being 'told' where to sit and complained. Not once did the lad lose his courteous, kind demeanour. I have worked in customer facing and sales industries. Shopping at Next, we called to Costa. I used the loo which was nice and clean. We chatted to Kirsty, your Barista, who was lovely. She described in detail, exactly what goes into a flat white coffee.
