Men's toilet review
This is, honestly, not a very good toilet experience. I I really use disabled toilets but that is not an option here, which was the beginning of a very poor experience at this 'establishment'
Location: Now this is where this toilet shines, being right next to the metro station, this restraint is very easily accessible from all around. When you're in the restraunt you have to go upstairs to go to the toilet, which keeps you out of the way of the main group down stairs. Location is honestly perfect and I can't find a fault, 5/5
Experience: Now here's the problem. The lack of disabled toilets is a real let down, but this isn't where the let downs end. The cubicles are very very small, so much so that I struggled closing the door, which opens into the cubicle. When I was finished using the toilet, there was not very much toilet paper, meaning I had to move into the next, equally small, cubicle. The sinks are good but that's about it for positives in The experience
Overall: The experience here was so bad that I can not give this any higher than 2/5, I would prefer to give a 1.5/5 rating but that is not possible. The Location, as mentioned, is very good, but experience is very important and was so damaging to this Location, I can't recommend using this toilet, in all...
Read moreMcDonalds South Shields is located on Kingstreet near the bus station and opposite CeX. It offers a large menu (displayed on the wall), plenty of seats, wheelchair access and toilets.
There are approximately 50 seats, of which you will usually find full using the lunch rush, however for the rest of the day its easy to get a seat. The toilets are upstairs, with the disabled and baby change toilet downstairs.
To speed things up, McDonalds have touch screens that allow you to order directly, and pay with card without having to approach the counter, they even do offers on the back of bus tickets and online, if you find yourself short on cash.
The place is kept very clean, with staff continuously on the go sweeping and disinfecting surfaces.
I have found then during quiet periods, the average serve time is around 30 seconds. During busier periods, it can go up to 3-4 minutes.
The staff are kind and I am yet to encounter anything or anyone I wish to complain about.
Conclusion: 9/10
Seating availability drops a point. There used to be seats upstairs, I was disappointed when they got removed, during rush hour do not expect...
Read moreI have just came off a nightshift, and ordered a McDonald's breakfast came to a total of 11.97, my delivery came and I was charged 4 pound for a delivery fee when I live round the corner I could of went to mc Donald's but I've got off a nightshift and I'm really tired, I also had items missing off my order I have waited 30 minutes for my food to come back and I have heard nothing I called mc Donald's and the customer service is absolutely appalling! No apology, just says I will get it out to you as soon as the driver gets back didn't ask me for my address or even my order number, I'm disgusted at how McDonald's has dealt with this as they are such a big company I can't even begin to express how upset I am with them! £8 pound out of pocket.. Worst experience don't order online they obviously don't know what they are doing personally I won't be...
