Milan Takeaway — Restaurant in South Tyneside

Never order on a Thursday! This is our local place for takeaway. Sorry (WAS) Just been in and ordered 2 doner kebabs both with chips. 2 men behind the counter stating how quiet and crappy a Thursday is while putting the leftover stale chips for our kebabs back into the fryer with a scoop from someones order obviously much earlier. He then gets the foam carton and places a pita bread and a tiny amount of kebab meat on each making the pita all soggy. Then since the old unused chips are warm again puts around 6 chips on each kebab (all that must have been left from other orders) got home (1 min walk) freezing kebab meat, soggy mushy pita and starving because there was hardly anything in the carton. Usually kebabs are wrapped with foil etc. Will never go there again...

At first I saw the grill and thought this should be quick. The guy serving has attitude .. he took my order and asked me to pay immediately 15 quids for 3 chicken wraps and kept on tossing an old rotten pile of chicken that smelled bad he left me waiting for more than 30 minutes then asked me again about my order several times and when I said I don't want this order as it looks old he insisted that he won't return the money .. we took the food and i was right the chicken was dry and rottened full of spices and colours we immidialty binned the food. I don't recommend them at all terrible service, hygiene...

Disgusted just been in on my own and ordered a chicken kebab chips and garlic, paid my money waited 20 mins spoke to original person who served me said he would sort it now another 25 mins passes I ask another member of staff where my order is?? Says the original member of staff says I haven't ordered absolute lies as have now waited 50 mins in take away shop and debated it left empty handed and roughly £8 down will not be here again and will try to place official...
