UNHYGIENIC RESTAURANT WITH RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

They are just spoiling the name of India. Firstly staff working there don't know how to behave with customer, while asking for dish they don't know how to explain about it zero knowledge. They gave us menu to go through and when we asked for Raita and show the price on menu they asked us to check online menu. What is the point of having staff and physical menu there when we need to check menu online.? Then when we placed the order one of the staff made comment " WE DON'T SERVE INDIANS", how can one make such comments - WE were discriminated. One of them just on our looked at us and made another unprofessional comment " WE KNOW YOU ARE STUDENTS" how do u know we are students or not???? And why does that matter to you guys we were paying for the dish with we planned to order. We were not having that for free.! When asked for water they served us dirty water with Balck & yellow particles inside and that too Dirty glass (all glasses were dirty).When asked for the replacement they began raising voice on us started being rude and argumentative, said don't tell us what to do and asked us to leave. And Said "THIS IS NOT INDIA" Then why you guys are serving on the name of India why are you using name of India if you guys can't serve Indians???

JUST IMAGINE THEY MUST BE USING THAT DIRTY WATER IN THE COOKING WHICH THEY SERVE TO THE CUSTOMER. IF THEY CAN SEVERE DIRTY WATER TO CUSTOMER THEN HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT'S GOING BEHIND, HOW THEY ARE PREPARING MEAL FOR ALL CUSTOMERS HAVING FOOD AT THIS RESTAURANT.

I don’t even know if I can call what we got “service” — because they didn’t serve us, they disrespected us. From the moment we walked in, the so-called greeting was dripping with sarcasm, laced with racism, and even included the wildly inappropriate question of what religion we belong to. Absolutely unacceptable!

One of the servers actually told us — with full confidence — that customer service depends on how he feels like providing it, not on how we’d like to be treated. According to him, customer service is his happiness, not the customer’s. When we asked about the restaurant’s speciality, he flat-out said, “There’s nothing special in this restaurant.” Really? That’s the kind of representation this place is proud of?

When we pointed out that his behavior was making us unhappy, he didn’t care in the slightest. In fact, he seemed to enjoy arguing with us, mocking us, and making us uncomfortable. He was on a mission to prove just how offensive he could be, and he succeeded — if that’s even something to be proud of.

We were a large group, and I can tell you this: he lost a big business that day, and judging by his smug attitude, he couldn’t care less. The management needs to seriously take a hard look at their hiring and training — because this employee is actively driving customers away.

The staff was so rude and don’t even respectful towards Indian Customers. We have visited there with friends. They have served us dirty water in unhygienic way and the particles in the water were clearly visible. When asked upon they said in a very rude way, the restaurant waiter was so rude he started blaming us for asking water even. He said that we should ask for mineral water rather than normal water. Pathetic service were given by those staff while pointing out fingers over the customers and they said they don’t like to serve indian customers. All of them totally mannerless! I won’t recommend anyone going there as they are not Indian some bangladeshis but running the restaurant in the name of India just for the sake of attracting customers and nabbing monies from the customers. They should behave how to treat with the customers first before running a restaurant. Absolutely no stars for them! Should change their name rather than misleading customers in the name of India. You have been warned!!!
