Have been a customer of this chippy for over 39 years when the nice family owned it, it has since been taken over and the first couple of times it was OK, went in there 3 weeks ago and spent £30, the new bloke completely messed up our order, we phoned immediately on getting home ( we live 20 mins away) and new manager full of promises for refund or replacement, we settled on replacement at a later date and guess what he offers £5 off in stead of full replacement, shame on u , u have now lost a...

Amazing food, above and beyond what you would expect from a 'chip shop' seriously good food that isn't the slightest greasy, donner meat with flavour and NOT sludge, the freshest fish I have had from a chippy and even gave both of my dogs treats to take home for FREE, it's not local but local enough that it's still hot when I get home and pass my local chippy that shuts when it wants and runs out of chips....... 10/10 highly recommended and staff are friendly...
