Five-Star Experience Before Setting Sail!
If you're heading out on a cruise, make sure your first stop is the Atlantic Gate Bar and Grill at the voco Southampton, it’s the perfect send-off! This spot absolutely nails the pre-cruise vibe with an incredible mix of fresh seafood, top-tier cocktails, and a lively atmosphere that gets you in vacation mode instantly.
The cocktails are phenomenal, expertly crafted, refreshingly unique, and exactly what you need to kickstart your getaway. The real highlight is the live grill cooking station. Watching the chef in action adds excitement to the experience and guarantees that everything on your plate is hot, fresh, and made to order.
The staff is friendly, the vibe is upbeat, and the whole place just feels like the beginning of a great adventure. I couldn’t recommend Atlantic Gate more, it’s a must-visit before boarding...

The grilled king prawns had the added extra of a hair, the smoked salmon with creme fresh, had no creme fresh. The 'medium' fillet steak was more well done than a well done thing at a well done event. Want wine? Great. Don't expect the bottle to be open or a glass poured. Want cutlery to eat your meal? Ask twice for that too. Avoid...
