This place has its high points but they are unfortunately drowned in the nonsense we faced today. The burgers were bang tidy as were the various potato based sides but the rest of the menu items we chose were cack. The falafel was a cheap veggie burger chopped up, unseasoned and thrown into a cheap wrap. The jerk chicken was unseasoned and drenched in cheap bbq sauce, no sign of jerk anything (unless they’re commenting on the social status of the actual chicken) . The worst thing was the wait…. I think we waited around 45 minutes (even though there was only one other table) and watched food get sent out in no actual order what so ever. I have visited this takeaway after spending some time in Southampton for a short break. Reading online reviews I was led to believe this would be a safe bet for good food - unfortunately, I was disappointed. The portion size are incredibly small with fries being served in small burger boxes. The burgers themselves are not gourmet price equivalent and did not taste great. Their desserts were OK with toppings but the waffle was soft and bland. Overall, I would not recommend this takeaway for the price and especially for the food. There are much better alternatives nearby which would not disappoint such as chickn shack, burga. 2/5 is being very generous for the food but service was good and staff...

DISGUSTING! Absolutely horrible it tasted like metal and my partners chicken did not taste cooked! I called the restaurant to tell them we couldn’t eat the food because it was horrible and the chicken didn’t taste cooked and I was told that it was my choice to order it so it is on me and was just over all VERY rude! I feel sick after just a couple of bites of the chicken and so does my partner. Due to the way that they were talking to me my partner then called back on his number as they didn’t answer my number and the same person spoke very differently to him and was very apologetic. This has been a horrible experience and I will never be ordering...
