Extremely Disappointed After 3 Years of Loyalty

I’ve been coming to this place regularly for the past three years, but what I witnessed recently was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Last night, there was only ONE staff member working the entire night shift — dealing with a long queue of waiting customers, frustrated and understandably upset. It was absolute chaos. I even saw two customers swearing at the poor staff, who was clearly overwhelmed but still doing their best under impossible conditions.

This is not just unfair to customers, but incredibly unfair to your staff. How can a business operate like this, especially when you’ve had much better service standards in the past? Are you cutting corners at the cost of both your workers’ well-being and your loyal customers’ patience?

Please take this seriously. Staffing one person for a busy night shift is irresponsible. I sincerely hope this is addressed immediately before more customers (and employees) walk...

"THE" Bubble tea, no doubt one of the best. Chatime is the first bubble tea i have ever tried so it is the one I use as reference for the rest. Very consistent among the different franchises and never disappoints. This particular branch is great as you have sitting area if you wanna chill with your bubbles. I do normally take it home though.

The only reason I did not rate it 5 star is because, even though the orders have calmed down, they seem to prioritize orders arriving though Hungry Panda and it is like waiting on a queue with people "Pushing in" from home.

If there are no orders coming from Hungry Panda then is great.

I've come to Southampton to visit my friend for this summer holiday and usually drop by Chatime to have great milk tea. It was such a surprise to me at first, the tea flavours of Chatime Southampton are even better than what we get in my city. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. They help me to choose best flavours and serve really fast. Besides, the space is so large, I can bring many of my friends there to chat and drink teas together. The location is great, too. It is located right in the city centre so it is very convenient to go shopping and drop by to drink milk tea in this hot weather. I've come here for 5 days a week and it is like my habit to visit Chatime now. Hope that Chatime Southampton can extend and open...
