Cozy Seven — Restaurant in Southampton

I took my son in there for a milkshake and cake. As we went in there were customers sat outside enjoying their drinks and likewise inside. We were greeted by a warm smile from Kate who took our order very polite and professional throughout. A lovely atmosphere in there as we went to our table. We then had our food and drinks brought over to us and the food was amazing. The Panini I had was done to perfection and my Son loved his cake and Milkshake. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I've been to cozy seven three times and every time I ended up freezing. I'm afraid there was no heating in the room. The staff are mostly friendly and kind. I'd have appreciated it though if they'd let us know there is a discount card... we'd already visited twice before we were told. The quality of the coffee was good, the cake I once had was nothing special. Please do not collect any empty plates or ask if we've finished our coffee- which we clearly haven't- more than an hour before closing time. I'm afraid I am not planning to visit...

I had a wonderful experience at Cozy Seven in Southampton. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the hot chocolate was delicious. The interior was lovely, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The toilets were spotless, and I appreciated the thoughtful section where dogs weren’t allowed, despite being a dog-friendly cafe. It’s also great to see their involvement in charities. I’d happily visit again and recommend Cozy Seven to family...
