Roosters Piri Piri — Restaurant in Southampton

Called them at 10:25 and was asked what would I like. I said I would like to order for collection and the guy stated they shut in 4 minutes (they are suppose to shut at 11pm). So I asked can order my food or not?! He than replied we shut in 3 minutes... I asked are they still open to make food, and the guy replied with "yes we can still make food but we shut in 3 minutes" Than suddenly he was told by his manager that they're not taking my order. So I asked to speak to the manager who was rude and abrupt from the start. She took the phone and just said "yes?!" I asked why answer the phone if your not taking orders. She replied with "we are quite so we are going to shut early and according to my watch it's 10:29 so we're not taking your order". Common sense has it if your quite you would take an order which comes instead of closing 30 minutes early. And if your not taking orders than why answer the phone and ask me what I want?! Ended up going to roosters at Bedford place and got my food by 10:40 with some amazing customer...

I order from roosters Shirley a lot as the food is mostly pretty good however this evening the delivery service from the roosters was shocking. It took over an hour and a half to arrive when the app said 40 minutes. I rung up twice to ask where the food was and the guy who answered the phone both times was very rude and could barley speak a word of English which really didn’t help as the background noise was bad enough. The food was also not great tonight, the chips were cold and were suppose to have piri seasoning on but didn’t not. Rooster also charge extra for this. Won’t be ordering from the Shirley...

Very disappointed I thought I supporting a local business but I would have been happier with Nandos instead. Ordered over the phone so that we wouldn't wait for our food when we got to the shop. Food was ready, but the beefwrap was a different from one I had previously, it was a cold and hard to chew, chicken wrap was lovely though. However, the chicken was dry with hardly any sauce on it, I went to ask for a bit of chilly sauce to add on my chicken but I was asked to pay £1 extra, for £32.97 I would have a better service from Nandos or other chicken...
