Domino's Pizza - Southampton - Burgess Road — Restaurant in Southampton

The app wasn't working so I ordered in the shop, took about 5 minutes for anyone to take my order even though i was stood right at the counter. When ordering I orginally just asked for peperoni, when the cashier said this was 9.99 I asked to changed my order as the app said 7.99, however this had to be a pizza with 2 toppings, the cashier atomically assumed ham and pineapples as those toppings, i then corrected then and asked for chicken and pepperoni, which i thought would be pretty simple. I then waited about 15-20minutes when i was told only ten. Once I recieved the pizza i quickly checked it was correct and left. Once home I had closer look and noticed that it was not only chicken and pepperoni but there was also pineapple (which looked very similar to the chicken strips), there was also no cheese!!! how do you forget cheese on a pizza. Incredibly dissapoint. If you want pizza just buy a ready made one from Sainsburys next door, or travel down to dominoes on avenue road, i've never had a bad experience there. This has to be the most disappointing experience I have ever...

Very bad customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on the 15th march 1 without mushrooms because of an allergy in the house. I didn't receive one of them and i received the other pizza with mushrooms on them when i specifically said no mushrooms. I then called back and told them and the lady said they will make another one and deliver it again. I waited outside my door for this driver. After an hour I went to the store because he hadn't turnt up. The women working at the time apologised and added credit to my account saying I could use it whenever i wanted she took my details and showed me. I now call up to try to use my credit and the man said I had no credit on my account so I can't help you he didn't care about customer service nor did he ask me my name or email address he just said no. I am so annoyed because you don't expect this service at all. They didn't even try to help me. I would think twice before ordering from her again. I lost my money and credit. Poor staff who don't...

double whammy of disappointment Ordered for the family on Saturday, it took nearly an hour to arrive, with the tracker saying “quality check” for over 20 minutes. When it did finally arrive, two ice creams were missing and the food wasn’t even hot! It was lukewarm but because it was already nearly closing and we’d sent the delivery driver back once, some of us just heated the pizzas up ourselves. Clearly our order was forgotten about amongst them just wanting to close up. Second, I ordered on Monday for just a few bits, dip, coleslaw, and two white magnum ice creams and one was a “white chocolate and cookies” which seems like a minor issue and still edible but unfortunately, this mistake was made for world fussiest eater and I can’t even touch the stuff. Was too late by the time I noticed to do anything about it
