Sam's Chicken — Restaurant in Southampton

Would give zero stars if i could. Bought a chicken fillet burger, which turned out to be uncooked. I was in a hurry therefore I left the the place without checking it. Later I started feeling a bit unwell so I returned to the shop to ask if i could get a reciept. When I entered the shop and asked to talk to the manager I have asked two times for the recipt which i was still not given in the end. The manager has reassured me infront of other clients that he knows what he’s doing and that the chicken is pink because it is ‚marinated’ . He has brought out a different chicken fillet and was trying to convince me infront of the other customer that I’m in the wrong and the two chickens look the same, when they clearly did not. After the person, left the manager became very rude and aggressive, getting annoyed with me for making a complaint in front of his other customer. When I saw that my politeness was not taken into consideration anymore and I have only recieved rudeness in return I’ve decided to ask for a re-fund and leave as he became so intimidating that I didn’t feel comfortable to be around him + I was feeling sick from the raw chicken they have served me before. The manager decided to slam the refund on the counter, then without any eye-contact or an apology has left, without considering that I paid with card not cash.

I have never experienced such rude customer service never coming...

I recently visited Sam's Chicken, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The menu offers a fantastic variety of chicken dishes, each more delicious than the last. Whether you're craving a classic fried chicken or something with a bit of a twist, Sam's Chicken has you covered.

The quality of the food is outstanding. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of spice. I also tried their wings, which were absolutely to die for – tender, flavorful, and with a great selection of dipping sauces.

Beyond the food, the service at Sam's Chicken was top-notch. The staff were friendly, quick to serve, and made sure everything was just right. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot to enjoy a casual meal with friends or family.

What impressed me the most was the value for money. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food. It’s clear that Sam’s Chicken is dedicated to providing great food without breaking the bank.
