I felt compelled to tender a few words of praise pertaining this immensely charming establishment that is geographically situated in a prominent location within the bounds of the city centre.

I deem myself as constituting a frequent customer of this particular branch owing to several crucial factors. Prominent among such factors being the consistently outstanding standard of customer orientated service one receives on literally every occasion of tendering them a visit, a service that entails affection, compassion, benevolence and care manifesting itself with every single member of staff that comprises their small, but highly cohesive and uniform team. Such a highly pleasant experience is further augmented by the meticulously crafted beverages that one encounters on a persistent basis, be they your standard filter and Americano based coffees to the somewhat more sophisticated lattes and mochas. Fuse the aforementioned factors with the warm and embracive ambience that pervades this unique branch and one is confronted with an all round coffee shop that inclines the individual to gravitate towards it like a magnet....!!!!

On a final yet equally significant note, my commendations extend to the branch manager Gemma for rendering it all a possibility. It is testimony to her profoundly warm and charming persona, combined with her commitment to hard work and consistency that has yielded the very high standards associated with this particular store, in addition to it reflecting in all the other staff members as well. If you're seeking a highly enticing coffee based product to either herald the inception of day or to oversee it's climax, then I bear not the slightest hesitation in sincerely recommending this...

I have been there twice recently as it’s a nice spot to get something while waiting for the ferry nearby. First time I ordered a blonde roast (iced) mocha which is my go to and was very pleasant. The second time I ordered a green tea lemonade which is lovely and refreshing and not very sweet. The sandwich and cake display was almost full and had plenty to offer. Service was very quick and the barista drew smiley faces on the cups which I think is very cute. Worst place to go ! The barista with short hair and height is rude and racist. He has done that before seems like he has some anger issue he has done it before with my friends too. I ordered a Medium drink instead she gave me small one when i went back he made a very wierd face to his co worker. They did not offer any suggestions or assistance when I asked for recommendations, and instead seemed eager to get me out of their way. My drink order was incorrect and had to be remade, which caused a delay and further frustration.
