I recently had the pleasure of using Sunshine Shack Caribbean Restaurant for my parents' anniversary party, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! We catered for 50 guests, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic.

From the start, the team at Sunshine Shack was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They worked with us to create a menu that showcased the best of Caribbean cuisine, and we settled on a delicious selection that included jerk chicken, oxtail stew, and a variety of flavorful sides like rice and peas and plantains. Every dish was a hit! The flavors were authentic and vibrant, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food.

The presentation was equally impressive. The food was beautifully arranged, and the colorful platters added a festive touch to our celebration. It was clear that a lot of care went into the preparation and presentation, which made the event feel even more special.

The staff from Sunshine Shack were professional and friendly. They arrived on time, set everything up efficiently, and were attentive throughout the evening, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Their warm hospitality made our guests feel right at home.

One of the standout moments was the dessert table featuring coconut cake and rum cake. It was the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal, and everyone loved it!

Went in on a whim after riding past and smelling the food. Incredibly pleased I did. I put £20 on the counter (£15 keep the change) and asked for what he'd order if he was me. Came out with Curry Mutton and Mac and Cheese. Plenty left for tomorrow and I've not had a nicer takeout in ages. Keep up the good work, I'll definitely be back!...
