McDonald's — Restaurant in St Helens

I have to confess that I am less of a Marcy D’s fan than I am of the BK. If I really want a good burger then I use a local street vendor called bill as he does an excellent burger. However I am liking some of the changes at the House of Clown.

Using touch screens, table service and having tablets with games at tables when you are single parenting for a day with multiple under-10s is a great help. In fact I would go as far to say that this is invaluable. So well done to the Clown-Meister General for listening to feedback and making the experience less stressful, in fact almost pleasant.

The worst McDonald's in the world

I ordered a McDelivery from this shambles of a restaurant for our lunch. The delivery by Uber was spot on, the driver was polite & on time, that was the only good thing about this order. 1 of the meals was notable by its absence from the order, and the other meal, despite having a special order label attached requesting no cheese, was aadorned with a full portion of cheese. Upon phoning the restaurant I was informed it wasn't their problem, I would have to go on the Mcdonalds app to complain then take it up with Uber Eats, I was un-aware that Uner now not only deliver the food they also select it from the kitchen and pack it themselves to deliver! Literally the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Every single time we get food from here, whether that be drive through or uber eats, the fries always taste cold, soggy, microwaved, reheated or undercooked. They hardly ever deliver the correct items, as in, miss items off. Happens nearly every time. Or they deliver a normal coke instead of a diet, they put ice in the drink when you specifiy no ice. They put cheese on burgers when you specify no cheese. No other mcdonalds delivers to our area, so we have no choice but to order from here if we want a mcdonalds treat.

I think this is the last time we order from here now. Its ridiculous. Its as if they don't give a flying monkeys about standards of quality food. The food literally tastes horrible because its so under cooked. The fries in the picture are...
