came in today Saturday 14/9/24 been too your bakery few times now its such a lovely clean shop and its always spotless better than costa and dunelm cafe and your coffee is way more nicer. when i have been in the girls are so lovely and work extremely hard when it gets busy. yes the prices are bit steep but its worth it as your paying for good quality i wouldn't go anywhere else these girls deserve a medal putting up with some ignorant customers that come in too your shop complaining bout prices and being utterly rude too the girls as they are just doing there job everything is going up in price and these girls shouldn't have too put up with customers moaning over the price of a pastie or sausage roll. the girls are such a friendly bunch very well mannered such a great atmosphere too be in and there customer service is 10/10 great...

The attitude of the woman who served me was not very pleasant. The conversation went like this: Me: ..and a tea please. Just put a teabag into a mug. I don't need a teapot. Her: It comes in a teapot. Me: Yes, I know, can't you just put a teabag in a mug..? Her: It comes in a teapot. Me: "sigh" walks away to table. At the table she delivered our food and beverages; a mug of coffee for my wife, and.. a pot of tea. I lifted the lid and said "theres a teabag in there, why couldn't you have put one into a mug like my wifes coffee is in.?" Her (aggressively): It comes in a teapot.

Such a pointless event. Other members of staff have always been friendly, pleasant and obliging. Not her. If I see her in the shop next time, I...

I have been going to this bakery since you opened it and found it a pleasant experience with generally great service. However, despite spending in excess of £30 a week in your shop I was told on my last visit I couldn't have a top up of hot water in my tea pot. I find this has put me off going to your shop and will probably revert back to the Costa coffee across the car park where they had no problem topping up my tea pot with hot water. I know Costa coffee will be more expensive but it's about quality of service. I'm really disappointed with my last visit to your shop/cafe. Please change your approach to providing top ups of hot water...
