Unfortunately our food order was forgotten so me (37 weeks pregnant) and my husband sat there for 50 minutes - having already told one of the waitresses we were waiting for our food when she asked if she could get us anything else - before we saw a newer table get their food so decided to enquire. We had used the QR code to order drinks and food under the same order. The drinks came, however it looks like they decided to throw the rest of the receipt away. When we asked, we were told the food order ‘hadn’t gone through to the kitchen’ and would we like to wait or get a refund. By this point I was on the verge of passing out so we had to leave. It was very distressing. It wouldn’t have been as bad if we hadn’t told the waitress we were waiting for our food when she came to check on us after 20 minutes. Perhaps some bits of advice; if you’re going to implement the use of QR codes in your restaurant, make sure the order system works. I'm a londonder and came to see my girlfriend run the half marathon; once she set off to do the hard work, I went in search for a hearty breakfast! Balance in a relationship is everything 😂

Also, the latte was lovely with no bitterness like some coffees served in similar establishments.
The place is thoughtfully put together, the staff are fantastically friendly and the music is chilled but with some tempo.
The only small suggestion I would make is to serve the breakfast in a flatter version of the skillet they served it to me in; although it kept the food hot, it was a little hard for me to cut it up but if that doesn't offend your delicate sensibilities as it did me, truly it is 5 star.
Highly recommend and highly recommend you book as it quickly filled up.
