I really love Nando's so I was excited for that one since they don't operate in Germany. But it was the worse Nando's I have ever been to say the least. I waited for my order for almost more than an hour when everyone else who came after me got their food already, finished and left. I didn't order anything different just my usual half chicken with spiced rice and Mac n Cheese. I reminded the waitresses a few times that I have been waiting for my food for a while and my gut feeling tells me that order didn't go through to begin with. I had to go grab the sauces and cutlery, when I found 2 sets of cutlery, both were really dirty that I was not sure which one of them is supposed to be the clean one, disgusting. All the sauce bottles were really dirty and oily, feels like no one washed them in ages. I left the restaurant really disappointed that night, so I nope the managers would check my review and get the restaurant up to proper Nando's standards.

Got told when we ordered livers that they didn't have any,but overheard staff talking that they just hadn't defrosted them. The bottomless drinks had no soda in as usual Edit: returned here 22nd June 2023: Tried the chicken livers with the new bbq and garlic sauce ,was nice although the livers were overcooked. Chips were nice. Had the spicy rice, very spicy for my liking but also nice. Rainbow slaw not as nice as last time . Bottomless drinks ok this time . Halloumi was ok . So must be a hit and miss but worth going to if your into trying new things and spices .
