Had a minor issue with my food that rang some alarm bells in my mind [chicken slightly pink] and they explained why it happened [it was cooked to temperature and showed the right temperature upon being checked, the oven is set to just the right temperature for chicken so its just perfectly cooked rather than cooked to the point of it possibly burning so sometimes it might look a bit pink but it's actually perfectly safe] and gave us a whole new dish regardless as it'd gone slightly cold!

Big kudos to all the staff and the manager especially, you're all amazing! Thank you so much for being so kind and explaining everything, it's very much appreciated.

Tasty food and good portion sizes. Very nice seasoning. As it was my first time at the restaurant I didn't want to go for anything over-spicy and the lemon and herb was just wonderful. Nice and zingy with a very slight kick. If I go again I'll definitely pick something a bit more spicy but the allure of lemon was too much to resist, and I definitely chose well it was delicious.

From an accessibility standpoint for crutch users and people with sensory sensitivities:

Plenty of space to balance my crutches next to me on the bench and table while I ate so I didn't need to have them leaning against me and plenty of space to get to tables while on crutches - if you're a long term crutch user you'll know how much of a hassle it usually is to have to balance crutches or have them leaning against you while you eat! No such issue there - the benches are comfortable and there's plenty of space.

Not too bright in terms of lighting but certainly quite loud, though this probably owed to the fact that we went on a Saturday in summertime! Definitely go when it's less busy if you're sensitive to noise. You can choose your own spice level, which is perfect if you're sensitive to spice. There's also a little flag indicating what spice level your food is once it arrives so there's no chance of getting it mixed up with a friend's food if they ordered something more...

Really poor experience yesterday. Ordered a double chicken breast burger and a chicken breast both with two sides and a kids meal. Bizarrely, all 3 meals were brought out as I was sitting down from getting the drinks - under 5 minutes from when I ordered. Definitely not enough time to cook chicken breasts to order even with Nandos ovens.

The double chicken breast burger was not in 2 pieces but in 4 smaller fillets - this was really disappointing because last time the OG double chicken burger was really nice as two whole chicken breasts- and to get this pre-cooked version was a shame.

My partner had been given the kids style chicken fillet instead of chicken breast. They did say they would quickly cook another one as they made a mistake. I had to go back to the till - whilst the food that was rushed out began to get cold - and she then asked for another £9.50 to get the correct chicken breast she ordered originally! She then offered to quickly get another chicken breast kids fillet out quickly and charged £3.80 for it saying the server had put the wrong thing through. When I returned from this I realised my burger was also wrong but by this time the food was going cold and it was too much hassle to mention it.

I understand mistakes can happen but find it strange given it's from their OG section of the menu. How can a double chicken breast burger be in 4 pieces and be on the table in under 5 minutes? As I walked past I could see that other chicken burgers with the full chicken breasts - like I was lucky enough to receive last time - were being served to other customers.

First bad experience but does put you off going when you spend...

Nandos is one of my favourite restaurants but on repeated visits to this particular location, I have found the service to be severely lacking.

The staff are extremely young and just don't seem to have any customer service skills at all. They walk around in two's and gather at the top end just to chat amongst themselves with very little regard for the paying customers.

I have walked several times to refill my glass, and they just stand there talking nonsense and don't even move out of your way, it like you are being rude for interrupting their conversation.

They continuously get orders wrong and take food to the wrong tables, or bring main courses out with starters, then state that the will take it back and replace with fresh, just to put the dish on the hot plate and bring you dry chips and expect you to eat them.

This particular location has a very similar feel to that of a McDonald's. Each visit, I have firmly crossed fingers for a different experience, but I'm sadly as equally disappointed as the last.

This has happened at least 5 of the 7 times that I have visited, so I think it's time to give up and try other restaurants despite my preference for...
