Pizza Hut Stafford — Restaurant in Stafford

Any good review that has been submitted about this particular business is clearly a lie made up by members of staff who work there. I had pizza, fully loaded wedges and garlic bread. It was bland, messy, overcooked, dry, freezing cold, all the topping fell off, and extra added hair which I do not recall requesting. I will never order from this store again, it was shocking and disgusting. I would go back and ask for my money back but i am unable to do this as i was not provided a recipt. I wonder if this is because of the amount of people who would ask for their money back. I also saw members of staff eating pizza in the kitchen whilst waiting for my pizza, it makes you wonder if they make the pizza that bad so it will be returned and they can then stand and eat it without giving a good...

As I approached the counter the member of staff was very rude, looked like something out of the hill have eyes, looked very dirty hands was black with yellow stains on them, his nails was that long he nearly chopped my hand of while passing the change, not a very good start to the visit, knowing this man was making my food, then I get my drink, when ordered was a diet, as I clearly stated, then he bring me full fat. As I ask him to swap it, I got the answer NO its already gone through, how this man still had his only two teeth in his face, I do not know, I took the pizza 🍕 and put it in the bin, I feel this man needs a serious hygiene problem and too learn some people skills, he didn't have a name badge on nor a uniform, he had a hat on with badges all over it and a big beard...

I very rarely write reviews but thought my last order deserved one. Ordered to feed a family of four, a couple of large pizzas, a flat bread and a bunch of sides. Received a call just after ordering online to let us know that the peri stuffed crust isn't available anymore so they'll sub for regular. No problem at all, good to get the call so quickly.

It arrived in good time, friendly delivery guy, and food was volcano hot! It helps that they're just down the road from me but still, I was impressed. Every item was spot on, and correct (which every other food delivery service can't seem to do anymore...) All the food was excellent, pizzas were loaded with cheese and my spicy pepperoni feast was the best pizza I've had in ages.
