Starbucks — Restaurant in Stafford

I would have given zero star if allowable. I ordered a VT toffee nut latte, VT mocha frappuccino, VT Caramel waffle frappuccino and a toasties ham and cheese. The toffee nut latte was BARELY half full and mocha frappuccino had no taste and I ordered it without whipped cream but somehow the cream is there (I’m lactose intolerance) and the toasties is cold as it was straight out of fridge. So I went back and asked them to get it changed , and explained what the problems were but they said we were lying and made us felt like we are the bad guys. I am like what the hell is this service, don’t get me wrong, Starbucks elsewhere are great. Me and most of my fam are gold member in the Starbucks scheme, can’t believe this happened to me. Th lady who served me was a very rude white lady with dark brunette full bangs fringe hair ( she needs to go back to training) she replaced our drinks like they were came out from the rubbish bin and made a mess in my car. The worst thing is she didn't even apologize when gave us back the drink and not even felt apologetic about her error. This is the worst experience I had ever experienced. This is a terrible service from Starbucks.

Hands down best Starbucks I've been to. I've as charging my car at the ionity station next to it and needed the bathroom. So I came in and purchased something quickly, I was amazed at the new design and the airy feel. It looked totally different inside but exactly the same as any other new Starbucks from the outside. Very unassuming. They even gave my boy 2 puppacino's! After chatting to staff, I found out that it's dog friendly too. I can't tell you how much of a game changer this is. I road trip my car across the country regularly and I need to take my dog. I'm either having to hold it in for hundreds of miles or I win the jackpot and find a place where I can take my dog with me. This is one of them! I'm still shocked that there's a dog friendly Starbucks - I'd never been to one before. The staff too were amazing and hilarious. I was served by Belinda who was super charming. While I didn't use the usb sockets, there are tonnes all over the store under the tables so just bring a cable. I didn't even know there was an ionity in the area till a few minutes prior to arriving too so now this place has guaranteed my return. I highly recommend a visit of you're ever nearby and need a quick top of (of either caffeine...

Love atmosphere and coffee in Starbucks, I've been a loyal, regular customer for many years. Unfortunately the staff at this location are not attentive to clearing or cleaning tables even when there are several tables clearly unusable. I had to politely ask for them to be cleared, and only when there were no other good seating options, twice in one week alone which makes me feel uncomfortable, only to be made to feel as if I'm complaining or asking for too much - there was no apology and clearly nothing is changing day to day either.

Today I was left standing at the till waiting to order for several minutes while 3 available staff were casually putting things away and once they stopped and started chatting I asked if anyone is serving and was told to wait a minute while they finished talking...

Not the standard of service I grown to love about Starbucks and puts me off coming here as frequently which is so sad as the main thing I love about Starbucks is the great coffee and the friendly, relaxing atmosphere.

I really hope this team can address these issues so it can be just as wonderful as the Starbucks in Stafford...
