I ordered my food via just eat. After waiting 3 hours just eat cancelled my order. However, I phoned this place directly through the phone number and I can no longer be angry at how long my order has taken to come. I spoke to a lovely lady over the phone and she was so apologetic and so helpful. I cannot drive so it was not a possibility to pick my food up for collection. Instead of ignoring and forgetting about my order she cooperated and found an alternate method to get the food to me. I am over the moon at how good the service is here and I really wish I got this ladies name because her and the owner of this establishment deserve...

3x in a row I have ordered a mixed meat wrap, and every time I open the bag, the wrap is wide open and falling apart. It's the only chippy in stafford who can't seem to wrap properly.
