Never been to Leek and just walked in. Very friendly staff, my wife has mobility issues and was made to feel very welcome - always a good indicator. It's not a large shop with perhaps 6/7 tables but two outside if weather OK. The shop was busy with people buying pies all the time, although the large meat and potato were sold out! I had cheese and onion pie, chips, gravy and mushy peas as my grandma used to make - can't give higher praise than that. My wife had the meat and potato. It was the best cafe meal we've had in years, also a very reasonable price. The mini victoria sponge in the display counter which was an absolute bargain at £1.40 to take away was so nice it was almost unreal.
