Scorpio Fast Food — Local services in Staffordshire Moorlands

Me and my partner ordered from here tonight, and although the food came fairly quick that's where the positives stop, my partner ordered a steak with chips and a salad, the steak looked dreadful like bark or chippings from a kids playground, the salad was just lettuce and onions and the chips were honestly disgusting.

I ordered just chips and garlic sauce, it arrived in a weird polystyrene box which let no steam escape causing condensation to fall into the chips making them a soggy mess, I took what should have been a crispy chip and rolled it into a snail shell shape without it breaking... the grease that leaked out from that was enough to put me off, the garlic sauce tasted like it had mint in it which is disgusting in itself, but all of it together has made me feel a bit sick.

The Mrs surprised me with some chicken which honestly died for nothing, the meat was dry as hell and the skin had some weird burnt spice to it... again greasy as hell and with really weird flavour, I used to work in a kitchen on the fryers and I'm pretty sure the flavour I tasted was from old oil... maybe a few days past when it should be changed.

All in all if this place was the last place that had any food in leek I'd die hungry before...

Would be 5 but they dont pay attention to the notes on internet orders. They do have a habit of leaving drinks off meal deals,which leaves them minus a tip. Shame really as its the only place in Leek i go to and do nice food. Staff have always been ok too. Come on guys.. read the flippin notes...

UPDATE sept 19 Ordered online,collected,drive all the way back home 5miles away to find the pizza was wrong,asked for pepperoni and got a boring tasteless chewy margarita with cheese that tasted like rubber. They slapped the burger together and had zero hygiene,no handwashing and dirty clothes,so disappointing. No point in calling as you only get abuse.my advice,go elsewhere,its not worth the hassle for the money you pay to get rubbish food and rubbish rude dirty...

Just been looking at the reviews for Scorpio best take away in leek best I've ever had 😅 good one have these people just come from another planet all the latest good 5 star reviews are from what looks like the owners and staff there 😅 the service I've just received was shocking chips chucked on the counter not wrapped up no fork offered and no thank you or good bye just 2 pound seemed to be annoyed I just ordered chips but they didn't mind bragging about giving free food away during the lockdown but me ordering just chips seemed to bother him as he kept asking do I want anything else even tho I just ordered and asked for chips🙉 first time here...
