I went in on Tuesday morning due to trainstrikes affecting my usual commute and I had such a wonderful experience. Even though it was busy the lady on the till was friendly, smiley and made the transaction a great one. Plus the communication between her and the birista even though it was busy was great. Not to mention it was a fabulous hot chocolate and sausage roll, which helped me forgot my train troubles. Amazing costumer service and...
