KFC Stevenage - Leisure Park — Restaurant in Stevenage

can the service get anymore dire? waited 35 minutes in the car park after being in the drive thru - asked for two snack bucket bundles which contain popcorn chicken, chips & a mini wrap - after 35 minutes our dinner clearly got taken in a bag to the car BEHIND us who arrived after us and the same car got given another bag of food two minutes afterward and drove off so speedily after getting our food for free! when we called over the young chap who was giving food out he looked at our registration number and gulped like he’d seen casper the friendly ghost because he knew he had given our food away and he basically acted with such an attitude i think he needs to go back to school he was like “what? what order? what you waiting for?” basically the rudest person i had ever met, he went back in to see where our order ‘was’ after he clearly knew he gave it away, he went to re make it and came out to only give us chips and wraps , no popcorn chicken. he then said in his attitude filled voice “you have to come to drive thru for refund” and we said no we’re not so he told us to come indoors and then when we did we were accused of only ordering wraps and chips and that snack bucket bundles do not contain chicken popcorn even though they clearly do and the wrap is what makes it a bundle !!!

i am disgusted with their lack of service and good manners the manager was so rude like “is popcorn included?” how can you not know your own menu or did you get embarrassed when you realized your staff member gave our food to someone else for FREE?! both manager and staff members are not equipped with the customer service skills needed to serve people and there was only two people going through the drive thru so was it really a big job to make two snack buckets? absolutely dire ridiculous service, will never come here again absolutely pathetic don’t waste...

The service was appalling. I ordered my food and asked to take off a pepsi. The woman behind the counter named Ioanna made this out to be a huge deal and was very rude about the matter and told us that we couldn't take it off, I then pursisted that it was taken off, she then did so muttering under her breath. I then waited for my food and tried to look at her name badge while doing so the customer behind me also got the same attitude while asking what was in the box meals as she didn't know what to get. When I asked for the manager he came out, I explained the situation to him explaining what had happened and he even seemed to show lack of interest and care. He went straight back into his office, he didn't even talk to employee about the situation. After he left Ioanna then proceeded to shout at me over the counter. I can't believe this actually happened, as I myself being a manager would never allow this kind of behaviour from a staff member especially working on the same leisure park. I will never be going to a KFC again. Even the food when we got in car was horrible as it was stone cold and the fries where so dry non of our family...

My kfc experience was dissapointing. I myordered at the till & unfortunately the young chap struggled to put my order through. He asked another staff member who couldn't do it. Only to ask another member of staff who eventually figured it out! I Couldn't see a manager or a supervisor anywhere. I was not even asked if I was dining in or taking away. I wanted to eat in! Once my order number was called (Brown paper bag for take away) I checked it to find they had messed up the order giving me the incorrect pieces of chicken.

When they finally got my meal correct (From start to this moment, 15 mns later & still brown paper bag) I couldn't find a clean table to sit at. Every table had crumbs or even worse, half eaten chicken remains on them. Went and sat in the car to eat my meal,so it looks like I was meant to have take away from the beginning! 😫☹

In my opinion if you employ young staff on minimum pay, at least train them properly & have a supervisor on hand, who is also trained correctly. This is a new KFC in Stevenage & it's a shame it's such...
