Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Stevenage

INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF. I could not believe the rudeness of the staff during my order. I have never ever been treated so rudely by staff at a Starbucks in my life. We were the only people in the shop so they were not busy. I did not order a complicated drink, Each time I requested a specific size, extra shot of coffee or milk the member of staff sighed and/or interrupted me and angrily added what I said on the cup. I was pleasant, smiled and thanked her, she did not do any of this. She spoke over me while I was still describing my order and over me to her colleague. The way she looked at me with disgust made me feel incredibly intimidated. I will never be using this Starbucks again. 😥 This shop doesn't take Starbuck App - no stars collection, no free drinks, no gold extras and they are so much more expensive than even Starbucks is in Central London. Staff here are lovely, very helpful and friendly. I work close by and most of my colleagues visit here on a daily basis, some of us go in and are now known by name. I never have any issues here and staff are happy to help with discounting my order through my cinema card app. Every order I get from here is amazing. I had some food from here the other day, for the first time. Had a foccachia bread sandwich with chicken, pesto, sundried tomatoes and spinach, heated up and honestly, it was delicious. I went there to have a coffee and panini with ham & cheese. No panini at all and they told me that they dont do it anymore. weird as last week in another branch they had a lot. Anyway we took croissant ham & Cheese . At the counter was some lollipops for charity reason . My daughter went to take one and the person that was taking my order grab it and took it far from her. She was scared & She start crying . He couldnt let me know that these are for charity from the beginning , i didn’t mind to buy it as i did .
