I order breakfast from here for me and my partner. The food was delicious however a item received was wrong which I wrote in my JustEat review. We’ve just had a lady knock on the door and gave us back the difference in price for the wrong item and compliments items for the mistake.. I’m honestly blown away.. I’ve ordered from countless places that have missed a item or sent the wrong item and you never hear anything back from them so for them to go out of their way to come all the way back here to apologise is just amazing! Clearly they take their business seriously and really care about their customers! I wish I could edit my JustEat review but it won’t let me so clearly I’ll just have to order from there again and submit a new review, cause honestly I feel like a C.U.Next.Tuesday now. Again I would like to say their food, amazing 10/10 delicious. We ordered a full English And you can tell by the tastes that the ingredients are high quality. Personally I don’t think it’s expensive at all, the breakfasts were around £7 which I think is a pretty standard price for a breakfast and normally no where near as nice as this one was. They came in a cardboard pizza like box which I loved as they’re easy recycled unlike the normal plastic takeaway containers. The delivery was 20mins earlier than expected. Will certainly be ordering from here again now, and again thank you so much for coming back, the difference in price wasn’t needed to be refunded nor was the free items but it’s very much appreciated and we’ll be recommending...
Read moreOur latest visit wasn’t a great experience. Two reasons. Why do people want to take their dogs when they want to dine out ? It’s odd. Felt like a kennel in this place. It’s a tiny place and sorry but it should be ‘No Dogs’ I have a dog and wouldn’t dream of taking her to a cafe ! We used to come here regularly but it’s going downhill. Food was good but not as good as it used to be. Dogs everywhere one of which was constantly barking. Sorry but the whole idea of eating out is to have a chilled out nice calm experience. Why do you let dogs in ? Second reason. Took forever to be served. I get it is always busy in here but prioritise your customer. If it’s busy don’t keep chatting to everyone. When we did finally place our order I Asked for a cappuccino & Hot Chocolate. The owner even wrote this down on his pad. Came back eventually with Hot chocolate & an Americano and I was asked if I wanted hot or cold milk to which I replied I ordered a cappuccino ? Then he went away and forgot to make my drink. I had to ask again for it when the food arrived. Maybe if he wasn’t busy socialising with everyone he would manage to get a drink correct and remember to serve it ? Just so disappointed. Don’t want to slate this place as the food is generally good but when it’s a treat to eat out these days and you pay £25 for breakfast you want good service and a relaxing atmosphere. It was far from it. Don’t think we will be rushing back now....
Read moreMy experience is also not what I have read here.... Ordered a birthday breakfast online.... Only received one of the coffees as apparently the other was spilt in transit... The one I did get was lukewarm... Then the burrito which came with a portion of sauce in a little container which had gone all over the box and burrito. I paid for extra cheese which I couldn't see or taste. The burrito was also lukewarm and just not nice so left half and then I opened the bag of hashbrowns which were three pounds and there were two... Most expensive hashbrowns ever!!!! So dissapointed as this was a treat...
