KFC Stockport - Peel Retail Park — Restaurant in Stockport

Abysmal. Went in on a Sunday just looking to order two vegan burgers to take away. There was no one on the tills despite being at least 4 people in the back on a fairly dead afternoon shift. The machine wasn’t printing receipts for orders so had to go to the till and wait for a staff member to pay and inform them the machine wasn’t printing receipts (which they said they already knew but clearly hadn’t done anything to rectify).

They looked at the order and said “just to let you know it’ll be a 25 minute wait on the vegan burgers” -I could cook them faster using the heat generated from my palms. In spite of this I said “that’s fine” and then the cashier proceeded to detail in length why it would be difficult to make my order instead of just getting in with making the bloody thing. It felt like they were looking for excuses not to make my order to be honest.

I just wanted to share how fantastic my experiences have been at this KFC! Every visit, the food is fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — exactly what you hope for when you’re craving KFC. The restaurant is always spotless, and the service is quick and friendly.

Very Poor customer service from the Romanian guy at the drive-through counter as for the second time I ask for a Party bucket (with a kind request as much as they can thigh pieces as my kids like them) The guy at the drive-through reply it's the company policy to give a maximum of 4 out of 14 pieces in order. I said it was okay, but when I arrived home, there were only 12 pieces, one of their thigh, and the rest were wing pieces! When it happened the first time, I said it might be a mistake, but when it happened again, this was theft. I paid for 14 pieces, and they gave me only 12! When I mentioned it to my colleagues at work, they said the Romanian guy saved them for his delivery mates so they could have a free meal!
