Ordered at a friend's house after I suggested LAPD after seeing them on insta.

I ordered the Fish burger advertised with cheese tartar sauce and lettuce. Doubled down with sweet potato fries.

Plus garlic bread with cheese to share and dips.

Delivery too longer than expected and after 3 attempts I had to go down from my apartment to the main doors as the delivery driver wasnt listening to the intercom.

My meal came and my burger was hot and huge as anticipated but was missing the cheese 😣 and the lettuce was a floppy gross rotten leaf of decorative lettuce 😣 not the crunchy iceberg you would expect. Plus I asked for extra tartar sauce and didnt get it. 😣 My fries were just warm and were soggy 😣 And well my can of pepsi max was a can of pepsi max but it was correct and cold winner 1/3

The menu is misleading and this is what caused missing cheese on my burger.

You order your burger for a set value based on the description Fish burger, cheese, tartar sauce, lettuce. You them decide to double down so i expected double fish burger, double cheese double sauce all on one bun. But its not it just an additional burger which makes it dry.

Then you add your fries, I chose sweet potato. It then asks do you want to add cheese for an additional charge. I thought this was to my fries as i had moved onto my fries order. I chose no cheese on my fries and a can of pepsi max, which in my opinion there is limited options for drinks very basic from something you expect not to be basic.

The additional cheese charge is actually to add cheese to your burger even though it description is with cheese its not its added as an additional charge item when your ordering fries which is super confusing and cause incorrect orders and a double down is just another pattie nothing else.

So all in all i was disappointed. Im pescatarian so was so excited to see a fish burger and couldnt wait to try it. But felt it was exspensive for what I got and felt like i didnt get what i paid for.

Ordered for the first time tonight and got the Christmas special of a Gravy Beef Burger twice. The burger came with 3 wings and we paid £1.50 to make it 5 wings and we both got that which was such a good deal! We also got a cheesy garlic bread to get free delivery on Deliveroo. It's expected arrival time was 9pm, we got a notification at 9pm saying that the food was setting off and it took 25mins to get to us - I'm not sure how far away we are but unfortunately the wings weren't crispy anymore which is the only reason I marked it down (I'd have done 4.5 if I could) but everything was still hot, the wings were juicy, the garlic bread was soft and exactly what you wanted and the burger was flavourful and it didn't fall apart like some can do. Only issue was we only had 5 wings, not 10. I reached out on Instagram because the app hadn't updated to say delivered and they gave me their number to contact. I rung and spoke to Louie who was really helpful, he said there'd been an error and we shouldn't really have been able to get the wings and burger combo for that price but that wasn't our fault and they wanted to honour it so are delivering another set of wings to us now. Really nice of them, it is getting a bit late for a weeknight because it'll be no doubt gone 10 by the time it rocks up but overall the food was really high quality, service was great and we'll definitely...

Cold food, ordered a garlic bread with cheese, jalapeños, mushrooms, (which we stated we would pay extra for on delivery!) received a pizza base with cheese, no garlic, no toppings, cold, hard and tasteless, not even any seasoning, chicken burger was cold, cheese was put on on burger cold and was still a solid cheese slice like it had come out of the fridge! All in all, dreadful and tasteless, went in the bin whilst we ordered from elsewhere. Money in the bin! We used to order from here regularly and it used to be great, then we had three really bad deliveries in a row where they over charged us, food was freezing or orders were incorrect, so said we would stop going! Few months down the line we thought we would try again in the hope it had improved! Unfortunately not. Gutted. If somewhere can’t even make a decent garlic bread with cheese (that tastes of garlic) then absolutely no hope! Will never return to this take away which is a shame! Tried to call the restaurant to resolve and no answer, tried to contact them via social media with no answer. All in all. Absolutely terrible! Although the dog did enjoy...
