Sorry, but I don't like this place. Not going here again. Went here on saturday ish, ordered a large chocolate with normal tapioca- they were out of the tapioca and they asked if I wanted brown sugar bubbles.they charged me extra for that ( 50p ) even though It was ment to be free. I asked for cream after that- they messed up my order. They forgot the cream, and I MYSELF had to remind them to put on the cream once they had "finished" my order. - for what was originally meant to be only 4.30 was 5:30!!! This place is overrated , expensive, the people working there have poor communication skills and they try to sneakily charge extra. Also the queue takes around 10 minutes. Would...

Went here back in February and have been a few times since, it's very hit or miss. Either you'll get an amazing drink or it's just really watered down and barely flavoured. More often being the latter than the former.

I am a lover of boba and I'm often left disappointed when I drink here. I've had the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Raspberry bubbles, as shown in the photo, and frankly it was a let down. The kiwi was barely present, very little flavour, just very watery.

Compared to other Boba places, the sizing seems very small, especially for the price point.

This drink became a discovery for me exactly a year ago, and now, visiting Hanley 3 or 4 times a month (or more), I consistently buy bubble tea, because there are so many flavors and fillings that I want to try a new one every time. The baristas are very polite, we miss the barista whom we haven't seen for more than two months 😭 the other girls and the guy are very sensitive to us and are always happy to help in choosing an unknown taste.
