Staff and service here is always terrible here. Stoke on Trent always fails in the customer service areas, the standards are low pretty much everywhere and Starbucks is no exception.
Only person waiting in the line and the ability to think ahead was terrible,no acknowledgement from the 2 staff serving the one person in front who after a little time passing,appeared to be a friend of one of them. The focus was all about taking about how things were than getting service sorted. Being the only other customer in the store, serve me and carry on chatting but don't just ignore me.
