Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

As always with a Costa Coffee shop there is a short wait at the counter .... But the wait is always worth it ... The coffee is always made just as you want it .... Noticed signs are now up directing you to ask staff what is in each product in case of food allergies ... the service was really good and very friendly .... The confusion over Costa changing to semi skimmed milk has been resolved ... Just remember to ask if you prefer whole milk ... Especially if you have a calcium deficiency .... Check if you have white spots on your nails this can be a sign of that .... But your doctor will tell you if you need more calcium in your diet .... This particular visit was in the Costa at the front of the shopping centre .... But it's great now they have opened another just opposite the escalator on the...

I honestly don’t know what happened to this branch but it has gone downhill since my last visit in terms of customer service and hygiene.

Paid for cream and marshmallows on my hot chocolate to find no marshmallows on the drink at all. Queried it and got “Sorry about that” in return no marshmallows put on even after the complaint. Sat down inside to be bombarded with miniature flies at the very beginning of January! They were also out of cups as there dishwasher had broken so I don’t know but what did people do before dishwashers?

Not very happy and considering strong competition in the area from Nero and Starbucks it seems I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere as even the social media team...

The atmosphere here is homely, the location is fantastic the only cons are;

Only one 🚻!!!!!! For customers one for all. Please imagine/see the people standing in queue to be honest with you one person has diarrhoea and the other constipation at the same time.

There is no chance get rid off something unless you can run to the nearest toilet at the Shopping Centre or having' special pants for an unique one occasion'

Or if you are runners could be beneficial too.

The tables are not kept in the appropriate standards as they should be.

The collection time might be to improve in some point 👉 .

All in all the site is fine but look up/above for the bullet...
