KFC Hanley - Parliament Row — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

I have just been to eat a fillet tower meal large, with an extra side of gravy, two extra hot wings and an extra peice of chicken which cost me nearly £20. Ok a bit expensive but it's a once a month treat. So I sit down and start to eat my meal when an old lady walks in and says, " excuse me love but can I please use your toilet please". To which the reply was a straight flat no, with no explanation and then the lady asked but I'm really desperate lovey, please. She was then told that she would have to go to the bus station and use the public toilets there as their toilets shut at 6pm and are electronically locked and that they have no control to open it, even though at 6:30pm she had just come out after cleaning them. So I just asked if they could just let her in cus of her age and the reply was no, as you (meaning the general public) don't have to...

Dirty floors and tables. Asked a member of staff in a calm friendly manner "is it possible to clean the table im sitting as please as there is leftover food around the table and floor, also trays". The response was a curt "pardon", I repeated again nicely. Then the reply "well it's a restaurant there will be food around". I sat back down at the table. Someone came to clean but i hurriedly finished my food and left as the staff proceeded to make my custom there uncomfortable.

Also service in general could be better as when I initially collected my order, I quickly clarified it (a receipt had not been printed at self service, which is common) and my order was shoved in front of me, miserably.

Is basic manners and hygiene too...

I've not had KFC in a while after my last few KFC meals which they weren't amazing so I was sort-of put off. Me and my partner were really hungry that day so we gave in and went here. This KFC was actually really good. I hated the chips when they changed it (tbf never really liked them) but the ones I had here were good. Maybe they've changed them again, idk.

We ordered through the screens and it was ready pretty quickly, considering it was lunchtime. I didn't go to the toilets so no idea if they were clean or not but the little seating area was clean. Once someone leaves the staff cleans up the...
