Been to the store tonight regarding a minor issue which was resolved easily, The staff seem to be nice and hard working and it takes a lot to work in such a fast paced environment and it's extremely stressful, I appreciate how understanding you guys were tonight, my visit to the store wasn't because I wanted an order replacement or a refund but they went ahead and did that regardless along with a drink which was very nice of them, I did notice that the store was well maintained and clean which is always a positive when it comes to food preparation and hygiene, again keeping a store looking this clean and maintained while always taking orders is difficult but I think you guys are doing a fantastic job, also anymore orders made will now be coming from my own device so that no misunderstanding will occur in...

Food is great price and nice. But every time we have an order to home they get it wrong. I think this is the fifth time it’s happened and to ring up and be told I was wrong that they have sent the right thing. Like I don’t know what I’m ordering. ( we continue to order in hopes it gets better for the price of the food) Before when getting it wrong they would make us wait to send out another meal by which time the ones that have come have been eaten or cold. Once they gave us completely the wrong order. We waited another 30 mins to give the food back they had delivered wrongly too us get ours which was delivered wrong also so they could go and take it to the right location. Won’t bother again. Such a shame...

Fair enough quick delivery ordered a pepperoni pizza 12 inch and 2 deluxe boxes.. Pizza came smashed Deluxe boxes are NOT deluxe, undercooked chips and the meat is the same meat they use as pizza toppings. Genuinely thought the "donner meat" was onion untill I tasted it. Delivery guy gave me approx 30 seconds to get to my door before he got back in his car and even said "I was about leave" didn't bother to ring the ring doorbell. Probs won't ever try again.
