McDonald's — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

If I could put 0 stars i would. 1 star is way more than this mcdonalds deserves.

Let's start with the store... no sauce station, no where to get strawers etc and the rooms cold. It was clean though.

2nd thing, the staff... Well they all need sacking! Not a single one knows what they are doing, they stand there looking at you like you're talking another language and they laugh when you complain. 4 times I had to go back to the desk because they couldn't get a single thing right 🤦🏼‍♀️. They are unbelievable!

3rd thing, the food... if you like stone cold food and overcooked chips then this is the place for you 😂. Otherwise I'd give it a miss. We waited 40 minutes for our food to turn up and it was cold... not even warm it's like they took it out of the fridge. So I sent it back and they eventually brought my food back out. You'd think that was the end of it but no I was missing a burger this time 😂. And also missing straws for our drinks, no milk etc to go with the tea and obviously it was too much effort to put the sauces we ordered on the tray aswel.

The whole experience was a joke to be honest. I know its only mcdonalds but surely we can expect some sort of ...

This place was good when it first opened. Now we are concerned about it. When we arrived today, there was an open sauce packet smashed against the bin by the entrance. As a member of staff walked towards it, we said nothing, but then she walked away from it, and we decided to see how long it would take for someone to clean it up. Other members of staff walked towards it, and away again in the 20-30 minutes, we were in the store. It was still there as we left. This store has a strange habit of putting takeaway orders on a tray and then packing it from there, this means that fries fall out onto the tray when they are laid flat leaving customers with less fries or fries that have been put into the bag by staff using their hands which have been doing other tasks since they were last washed. We got both this evening. Never mind, an elderly gentleman with 2 walking sticks was waiting at the till to be served for well over 5 minutes before someone spotted and served him. If nobody is going to watch this till there needs to be a bell or something to alert staff to...

Ive got to say this is possibly one of the worst mcdonalds in stoke on trent , yea i know its franchise but when your order comes out looking as dry as a sahara desert then thats not a good start , chips cold and hard so practically inedible , chicken nuggets soggy and cold , ordered a cheeseburger but ended with a cheese slice on a bap ( how do you even forget to add a burger to a cheeseburger ??🤔 ) so food was a huge dissapointment now staff ha well only 2 memebers of staff to be seen 1 looking like doing all the serving and going back and forth beetween kitchen and front of house and 2nd memeber of staff too busy propping herself up against the counter and doing nothing else , if this is front of house i dare thunk what its like in the back kitchen where its not visable to...
