Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Never again.......had my first expe83nce here yesterday and it wasn't great, I hD my order take. Pretty quickly but after that I had to wait 20 mins for a frappe, there where 2 girls working but only one trying to make coffee for a long line of people, I feel her manager let her down here and should of stopped in to help her rather that mess around re arranging the fridge wich coukd have waited untill the que was down. As for the frappe it's self it was a choclate one wich I. Starbucks means chocolate chips beaded into a frappe NOT my idea of a drink as it was like sucjing buscuit bits through a straw and the coclate it's self tasted like that cheap dark choclate your nan pulls out at Xmas. Now here is my main complaint.....Starbucks offer delivery service using a third party company and we watched their driver nearly cause an accident by pulling up and onto the pavement across the road next to a pedestrian crossing, this completely obstructed the path and had a wheelchair user or mum with a pram needed to get past it wouldn't have been possible. Clearly this is for him to be as quick as possible but for the staff not to tell him how dangerous it was really made me question people's minds and showed that it probably happens all the time, I did a Karen and got a pic of his number plate and will be reporting him before...

This morning myself and my sister took out two little boys aged two to star bucks. We thought they were child friendly with having a toy basket. Once in there we spent an absolute fortune on two hard baps with what seemed to be the contents of a rustlers burger at the price of a high end steak...anyway out little boys had a spinning toy from the actual store. Up on spinning the toy out two year old toddler knocked a plate off the table. My sister apologized profusely and tried to clear up the plate. She asked our boy both who are aged two may I add to calm down. The next minute a very simple guy with a sweeping pan an brush was behind us screaming are you telling me to calm down. At this instant our children were terrified and my sister was a little emotional he was very judgmental to the children so I thought Id ask for the managers number from the staff who served us as we'd spent an absolute fortune on stuff we could of got from the pound bakery. We were absolutely mortified to find out the man was actually the manager..the prick could manage his way out of a paper bag. Fodd was disgusting and over priced an I have two very traumatized little boys. I'd go maccies...

took dementia husband in wheelchair 6th september to Tunstall branch. every table was dirty and almost all had empty cups and cutlery on, one table was being used by public to put dirty crockery on from their table before they could sit down, so did I.all needed wiping down. the sausage bap for husband was overdone and the bap was literally crispy! my bacon bap was too dry. neither helped by no butter to buy? one young lady serving, one thin young girl sometimes out front not often. one large cook only came out to try and resolve doors which would not open!! some people prised the doors apart, others went to Costa to find it closed! didnt come back! lot of people walked away. wont...
