An old, traditional pub that is very well located in the centre of Hanley. It's on the same street as the theatre as well as some of the best bars and eating places in town. It has a great selection of real ales, gins, and other spirits. Only down side is with it being a small place and in warmer weather the doors are left open at the rear and unfortunately all the smokers horrible smoke tends to come into the pub.
