Ordered the greek kebab platter £16 chicken was tough and very dry after 3 of our party tasted it we all thought the same so I took it back and met a polite member of staff then a rude member of staff who said " it's nearly gone " it most certainly was not it was that bad it was taken out of their mouths and put in to a knapkin ! I was then advised to go to one of the bars and get a manager to sort it out as it was not " their " problem as it was purchased via the app ??? This I did and the manager did sort a refund but was appealed as a customer I was directed to do this . Manager of the stack was lovely and one of the staff members was nice but the other guy needs a lesson in customer care and how to speak to someone Infront of other customers as I tried to keep other customers out of earshot when trying to bring my complaint to his attention. I decided to buy a gyros. First the gentleman at the cashier did not understand English or Greek and he could not communicate which was very unfortunate. Second once I ordered my gyros I expected the traditional kind and I had many different kinds of peppers and spices randomly thrown into my sandwich without my consent. Also the man who was making my sandwich started throwing all the ingredients in my sandwich without any gloves and later took the Potatoes and fingered them in the sandwich publicly. I bought two sandwiches and paid over 14 pounds for the sandwiches so I have very high expectations as a person who has traveled to many places in Greece. I felt so awful about the sandwiches and then I understood that no matter what I said the guy wouldn’t understand what I am saying so I kindly donated my sandwiches to the homeless man...
