The customer service was really terrible, and the staff members were extremely rude. I ordered a large size, but they gave me a regular one instead. When I questioned the mistake, the server simply grabbed a large glass, filled it with more ice, and handed me the same portion without even apologizing for their error. It felt like I paid for more ice rather than the actual larger size I ordered. They acted as if it was my problem. It was such a disappointing and frustrating experience. When I checked the reviews, I realised that I wasn't the only one who had this complaint. Worst bubble tea I had ! I ordered the dirty latte bubble tea for the first time but expected it to taste like a nice Iced latte with tapioca. Unfortunately it was overly sweet and warm and the flavour was not that nice either. I physically couldn't drink it and tried to have more than 2 sips. The order was regular sugar and ice but tasted like extra sweet and little ice. I returned back to the kiosk and because they had a policy of no refund or exchange they said I would have to pay for new one and no offer of making a new drink. I completely understand a place having a policy but given that a customer physically couldn't consume the drink, I was hoping for an exception. Personally I do think it was a poorly made drink. It's not my favourite bubble tea joint, but it's okay. I'm a flavoured milk tea fan but have never managed to get one in my few visits here, either because they were out of it or because the machine was off - the milk tea machine is shut down an hour before closing. The drinks are on the expensive side, but they certainly don't skimp on the bubbles. I would suggest requesting them with less sugar personally, by default the fruit tea is unbelievably sweet.
