KFC — Restaurant in Surrey Heath

Usually I only bother writing a review if a place is either really good and goes above what I expected, or if it’s so bad I feel like I have to rant. Unfortunately, KFC Camberley falls into the second category — it’s consistently disappointing, and after this I’ll just stick to KFC Aldershot instead.

This is probably the third time I’ve ordered from here in the last 7 months, and none of those times have been good. Where do I even start…

First order, I used the app for a drive-thru collection. By the time I got home, I realised they’d completely missed the 2x fries I’d added via quick add. Annoying, but it was only £2 so I let it go.

Second time, again ordered on the app and collected via drive-thru. Got about 10 extra hot wings — all of them were flats, not a single drum, and they were tiny and dry. Not exactly what you expect when you’re paying for extra hot wings.

Third and most recent order was a bucket of chicken with gravy, this time via delivery. Out of 10 pieces, 7 were drumsticks and 3 were tiny breast/wing pieces. The chicken didn’t even taste fresh, the breading was falling off, and again it was dry, one drumstick has been under heat for so long it was flaking and very crispy

What’s worse is I know majority of the staff there are Nepalese, and usually when it’s asian staff the food is always good — but clearly not this time. Maybe they need a bit more training or someone actually doing quality checks? Either way, it’s put me off completely. Won’t be ordering...

Most horrible and disgraceful KFC I have ever visited in my life. I wish I can give it a zero start.

I ordered a rice meal box, which turned out to be cold. I decided to take it back and asked for another one. They decided to give me another one but I had to wait. I was waiting, but it took long and I couldn’t wait unfortunately since I had to go back to work from my lunch break.

I explained them that I wanted my refund and that I couldn’t wait any longer. They gave me an attitude and had a funny face saying that it wasn’t possible to receive a refund. I asked for the manager (thinking that the manager named “Rakavan” has a much better customer service) but he was already standing there and listening to the conversation. I asked Rakavan if I could get my refund since the food was cold. He made a funny face and start to argue with me. He told me that they don’t do refunds in store and kept pointing out that I ate half of it (this was definitely not true and I wish I took a picture of the rice box).

As I decided to leave whilst on the phone with the customer service, two girls start to make a funny face saying out loud whilst laughing at each other “she ate half of it”.

I felt so bad and felt like I was bullied by them. I will never ever go back. I called and informed the customer service and they were very understanding.

Someone needs to give them a proper training in how to treat their customers. It was a horrible customer service...

I ordered 3 legs today the guy in front ordered a whole bucket so waited about 10 mins before him in car then lady told me to pay £5.49 I did n I sd legs must be cold not fresh now she took her time opened bag then took the other bag out inspecting n I sd it's Gona get more cold like dat she wudnt give my food to expect myself like!! So I asked her n she's holding it like I sd I want to see it so I reached n checked the legs were dry n cooked again so I sd I want fresh she sd I can't cook this again I sd obviously not I dnt want this I sd make it half price or add some other pieces cuz she sd need 2 wait 20 mins for legs so I asked refund n she did took her time n wasn't polite didn't apologise or say thank u I went McDonald's instead I was planning to but ages didn't have legs but dats it every time I come here some problem gona avoid dis Bracknell is beta this place run by Nepalese Indian's, i always ordered 10 legs only n waiting ages or giving me dry food n some legs like half bitten off or tiny like!!!! n i didnt inspect before now I do

avoid the food is not fresh n cooked again in oil left overs..

Not coming back here over like 3 years always something wrong, the staff are very rude
