Starbucks — Restaurant in Tameside

I would give zero stars if I could! Today I witnessed the most un compassionate response from the staff at Starbucks Ashton. I was attending to a gentleman who had fallen in the car park and cut open his head and was in a very bad way with an underlying illness. The ambulance was taking an age so I offered to get his wife a coffee. I asked in Starbucks if they would be kind enough to give her a hot drink (it’s was 0 degrees) the assistant said she would need to ask her supervisor and came back only to tell me that we could have one if we paid! Absolute joke does this company not make enough money? I proceeded to get a coffee from the kind staff In Sainsburys but please is this not the most impersonal and heartless behaviour from such a massive company. Poor service today we come in here every Monday no food on the shelves asked if he had a breakfast wrap in and then you are approached by a rude manager who asked me my name and then went on to tell me off how I talk to her staff when I am on the phone the last order on just eat was porridge which wasn't warm I said what am I meant to do with that reply was stick it jn the microwave my reply was I don't have one I have had porridge before ordered this store has gone downhill staff look miserable scruffy tables are never clean no atmosphere I have put a complaint in about her attitude if your looking for a decent coffee shop go to pot kettle black in town smile faces great food...

I would like to update my review this afternoon at 17:34pm on 2nd Oct 24. I was served by an excellent barista, and I realised a lovely Ireland accent. He was very pleasant, very friendly. The Barista went the extra mile, because I noticed in front of me he went to a lady who was drinking her coffee at table and he noticed chairs were still on her table while she was drinking, and he said let me take them down for you.
