Ryder's Homemade Bakery Ltd — Restaurant in Teignbridge

Stopped by at lunchtime to get a bite to eat and what do I see but Philly Cheesesteak advertised! Didn't have to wait too long to get one hot and fresh and I have to say, it was easily the most delicious thing I'd eaten for a while; the baguette was toasted yet so light and it was absolutely stuffed with steak, melted cheese, onions and grilled peppers topped with delectable garlic mayo! Can't rate it enough how good it was, I'm still stuffed after a long walk back home and already thinking about getting another the next time I'm in town.

Pros: Friendly staff, quick service and a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere with wonderful treats on display. There were even some free samples on display of various cakes like their unicorn cake! Delicious HOT food (I've been disappointed in the past getting 'hot' food elsewhere that was actually stone cold) so if you're looking for something tasty and fresh out of the cooker, I can't recommend here highly enough! Thanks to the lovely lady for my delicious treat...

Very disappointed visited today and wanted to order some of your festive food advertised on your board outside, only to be told you weren’t doing it at that time was just after 11.30! So Gays creamery took your trade, we would have been spending around £30 obviously you didn’t want the business? Or you need a change of staff as a women came out and took the board inside then and said not a word to us! Not a very festive experience, will go to Gays next time as at least they serve what they are...

Shocking experience at your dawlish store looked at the board at your festive menu was going to order 2 items from that with drinks But was told it’s not the right time then a member of staff came out and put the board away in the shop it was 11:30 just gone so what time of day is the right time ????? Sorry but this was just rude and we always use Ryders when we visit dawlish we won’t bother now as Gays weren’t bothered at what time was the right...
