My partner & I enjoyed breakfast here on Sunday morning. The restaurant has really stylish decoration, making it a posh experience for daytime & a luxury experience with evening lighting, im sure. The breakfast pancake stack with scramble eggs, bacon & crispy hashbrown was very tasty. The ladies' toilets were nicely decorated. The service & food were good quality.

The only thing I would say required attention was that the ladies' toilets had a window that didn't fully close, & the hand-drier was blowing really cold air, which made the visit to the ladies room an extremely cold experience. The AC unit was blowing out fast, cold air, which wasn't needed on a very cold Sunday morning in the restaurant area. We had to move tables. It should have been warm & a lower speed or off altogether. We were given a ramikin of brown sauce, but it missed a spoon for serving. Finally, my plate didn't sit still. It was rocking quite badly with every contact to load the fork or to cut the bacon.

These things are trivial when individual cases, but really make or break a positive customer experience. If these things are addressed, checked & monitored, it would have been a 10/10 visit. We would visit again, but I would hope to see...

Firstly the one star is because after notifying them of a gluten allergy they gave my friend hollandaise sauce that wasn’t gluten free and made extremely poorly! I phoned to ask if anything could have been cross contaminated and the lady that first answered the phone said ‘was you the lady that had the hollandaise this morning, yes sorry that wasn’t gluten free” I was appalled but all of a sudden before I could speak the manager grabs the phone and says she was wrong and doesn’t know what she was talking about ?! Cowardly cover to be honest he could have just been honest and apologized!! But no made up some story thay they did use gluten free and sent me a picture of some ropey old packet he pulled out the back of the cupboard. Apart from that - food was pretty greasy tasting like everything was fried - I had the full English and was very greasy. The kids pancakes were very nice and my friends eggs Benedict she says was very nice! Just avoid if you have allergies 🤦🏻‍♀️ It was very busy so must be popular - we just had a...

Had a lunch here and it was pleasant enough, the atmosphere was really friendly and welcoming and had a really good family friendly menu.

The guy who served us was nice but didn't really understand much of what I was saying so it was quite difficult to communicate and he got our drinks order wrong. I ordered the house burger with extra patty, but completely missed the bit where you had to request your preferred sauce, so it would have been nice to have a prompt but I accept that was my error; it did make my burger, which was otherwise really nice, quite dry and hard to swallow.

The bit that I found really weird was that they couldn't give me an itemised bill or receipt. Given that they got my drink order wrong, I wanted to check that the bill was accurate, £58 seemed a bit steep for what we had so I just wanted to double check but I couldn't.

All in all, a good experience, but certainly not the 5 star extravaganza it's...

This review I promise you, is genuine, honest, constructive criticism. The place is gorgeous, the waitresses were lovely and the concept is great. The execution of the consumables needs work. Milky coffees should be drinkable straight away. Milk protein splits at 60°C, that's why hot ones are not the same consistency throughout, they are foam sat on milk. They also burn your tongue. I specifically asked for a latte not too hot and got one that scolded my mouth. I asked again for one not too hot and the second was degrees less scolding. Scrambled eggs completely overcooked. You could play catch with them 😅 Hashbrowns...1 and a half? Come on they are about 5p each 🙃 Food was hot and fast, staff very welcoming. Honest review from a chef here, wish you guys all the very best. You seem like nice people :)

I saw it had a 4.8 rating on Google, so I got curious and decided to check it out — and it was actually really good! The Coco Loco was especially amazing — super refreshing and perfect for summer! 😋 The breakfast pancakes had that chewy, bouncy texture — felt really authentic. The bacon wasn’t anything special, but it was savory and had a comforting homemade taste. The spaghetti Bolognese was super tasty 🍝, though it came with pork sausages. I’m not a fan of pork, so I picked them all out — but the dish was still delicious, with rich cheesy and tomato flavor ~ Lastly, the chicken wings were tender and juicy. They looked a bit dry on the outside but were actually very flavorful and well-cooked. Average price was about £25 per person — not bad at all. I’d give it a solid 4.6 out of 5!
