Very disappointing food after a long wait, very negligent & the lady wasn't happy to give me a glass of tap water to take my medication!

Miserable staff, dirty tables & the breakfast I purchased was swimming in grease & looked as though it was cooked yesterday, it was so shrivelled up, almost cold too, very disappointing with the price I paid, needless to say I wouldn't recommend it as a place to go to for anyone, as nobody's food looked very nice to eat.

On my arrival at the Jenny’s restaurant, I requested to use the toilet and waited for someone to come out. A kitchen staff member emerged without washing his hands, immediately proceeding to dry glasses with a cloth. I mentioned this incident at the counter, where another staff member had just come out of the toilet and started cleaning dishes and cups that were about to be served. While the girl was polite, I didn't witness her addressing the issue with the staff. I left hungry and ended up searching for a nearby cafe. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes strict action, possibly even terminating the offending staff member. While the young staff members provided lovely service, I must express my disappointment with the overall standard of Jenny’s. Unfortunately, the food felt cheap and not worth the price, leaving us dissatisfied with the value of our meal.

What made the experience particularly unpleasant was the situation with another customer, who entered the restaurant in an unacceptable state—barefoot and dishevelled. Being seated so close to them made it impossible for us to continue our meal comfortably, ultimately forcing us to leave early.
