If I count all the times I have been to McDonald's all my life, it would be in the hundreds, and there is always sometimes when they get it wrong, however this particular branch tends to get it wrong more often than usual.
I have read another comment and I am glad I am not alone, as this had never happened to me before, everything looked fine but the beef patty was not in the bun! I was shocked. Another time, I ordered the chicken version of a seasonal burger and when I got home I realised it was the beef one. I do not have any dietary or religious restrictions so I just ate it but it could be a bigger issue for someone who cannot eat beef, it is a big inconvenience to drive all the way back to McDonald's.
The good thing is though, that McDonald's as a larger scale corporation, do care about customer services and customer experience, so every time something like this has happened, we always got a voucher for our next meal.
I have to say, even though there are packing and kitchen mistakes more often than it should, the staff do their best and there is a great orchestrated precision making the ordering, payment and serving very fast and convenient, but at some point in the chain, they have to keep an eye to make sure the order is complete and the patty is...

On top of that, I tried calling multiple times, no one answered. On top of that, when the food did arrive, the drinks were wrong from what was ordered and no one had called to inform us. We had ordered milkshake and received coke! I donāt even know what coke, full fat, diet, or zero. I still donāt know. it also had ice in which I do not like in my fizzy drinks. On top of this I had items missing. To make it even worse it was cold! I tried using the virtual assistant message thing and it kept throwing Uber eats at me! The Uber driver was the only person who was remotely helpful when I messaged. He was kind when he got the brunt end of my mood. Itās a week later and I still havenāt spoken to anyone at Uber eats or to get through to anyone at McDonaldās to discuss how appalling my experience was. Cold, limp chips would of had more action from a rotting corpses tallywhacker, the burger had fallen apart and resembled something you'd of found or trodden in on the puke-stained tarmac outside the club on a Friday night, coke was flat and tasted like the cola ice lollies you used to get from the corner shop as a kid on a hot summers day, remember letting them melt and drinking the plastic tinted cola fluid? Heaven. But when you're craving that first fizzy coca-cola taste after a work out in the gym opposite (the irony!) it's mighty disappointing to take a sip and swallow some warm, what I can only assume was cola flavoured tap water.. The only joy I had in this order was the mozzarella sticks, beautifully hot and fresh. No more can be said for the rest of it. 1 star for the effort the drive-thru chap went in to for telling me to have a nice day as he slung my soggy brown paper maccers bag through the car window, dropping the napkins and receipt down the side of the car so they took off in storm Gareth never to be seen again.
