Best Beano Cafe & Restaurant — Restaurant in Thanet

This place was the worst please please don't come here. The food was bad the fish seemed of the chips were terrible and the service very very bad, very rude people. They even charge for boxes if you have extra left. The place was dark only opened the lights when more customers came. We had to remind them to bring our drinks. The worst place in marget to eat and horrible staff. Much better places to eat just need to walk a little down along the beach.

EDIT: Well actually you are close to the beach, and if you read properly I said there are other nice places to eat along the beach! I have seen many comments that say the same and are true about the cafe. And your response is always very rude shame on you you blame the customers look at your service and food. i don't know how they get so many good reviews, i bought a salad ham stick, and a ham and cheese salad stick, £8, on the menu it says ham or cheese stick £2, salad 50p extra, somehow they said the extra ham was £3, i could have bought another stick with salad for that price, shame as I'm working nearby for the next 3 months, will buy from elsewhere. Stitching up customers that may come back isn't a good business idea.

I have been coming to this Beano's for many years. It is a family led business. They are very friendly, polite, helpful and will serve you with a smile. You can sit inside or there are a couple of tables and chairs outside. This is very useful if you have your dog with you. I have taken my dogs here before. The meal portions are LARGE and freshly cooked to your specifications. They are particularly careful about meeting the needs of people with allergies.
