Excellent gallery in the heart of Margate and a welcome alternative to the Turner Contemporary. Always has interesting contemporary artists and often group exhibitions for added interest. The current exhibition is no exception with 3 very different artists, including a very quirky German ceramist. This wonderful gallery always provides an artistic uplift. August 2024 saw an exhibition by English female artist whose works are quite sensual and maybe not suitable for children (depending on their upbringing). Read moreNOT DOG FRIENDLY. Entrance is difficult to locate, no clear signage. There are big black doors which are kept shut. Staff were coming in and out but ignored the confused visitors outside. I’m sure this is a wonderful place to visit, but it was disappointing making the effort to come here and never getting inside. Their website was not clear that dogs are not welcome - that information would have helped...
